About Me
My name is Evgeny Kuzmenko.
I am a furniture design engineer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in custom and built-in furniture design.
I started with my own production workshop in 2017, and since 2019 I have been working fully independently, focusing on engineering and technical design.
Having worked both in manufacturing and as an independent designer, I understand the entire process — from concept to a ready-to-assemble product.
My expertise:
- Parametric modeling (Shapr3D, Fusion 360)
- Preparing models for CNC and sheet-cutting production
- Assembly control using technical drawings and 3D models
What sets me apart
Engineering precision and a deep understanding of real production processes. I design so that the product can be manufactured and assembled correctly on the first try.
Professional achievements
In 2024–2025, four consecutive quarters, I was among the top 10 members of the Shapr Gamma community, testing new features before release. More than five of my proposals were implemented into the final product functionality.

Евгений Кузьменко предложил добавить возможность измерения расстояний между точками в 3D-пространстве, даже если они расположены на разных плоскостях, — без обходных решений через эскизы.
Реализация: Измерение с проекциями по осям X, Y, Z
Shapr3D реализовал точные измерения с возможностью проецировать расстояния на выбранные оси. Это упростило работу с крупными моделями и повысило точность анализа.
Предложение: Отображение даты последнего изменения проекта
Евгений Кузьменко предложил добавить отображение даты последнего редактирования проекта прямо на превью в списке. Это повышает прозрачность и помогает быстро ориентироваться в актуальности файлов.
Реализация: Подпись с временем последнего изменения
Shapr3D внедрил отображение точного времени последнего редактирования под названием проекта в списке Recent Projects — так пользователь сразу видит актуальность каждой модели.
