Personal Data Processing Policy (PDP)

To comply with the confidentiality requirements regarding your personal data, please review this policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). It will help you better understand what information is processed, for what purposes, and how you can influence the processing of your personal data.

The Policy is developed and applied by the owner of the website http://profdesigner.store in relation to all information that the Operator may receive about the user while using the Operator’s website located at the domain http://profdesigner.store and all its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and governs any type of processing of personal information (any information that allows identification of an individual, as well as any other information related to such individual) of natural persons who are consumers of the Operator’s services.

2._Purposes of Collection and Processing, and the Scope of Processed Personal Data

2.3. Cookies are processed in relation to all visitors of the Website.
The data automatically transmitted by the Website in the course of its use via the software installed on the user’s device includes the IP address, cookie information, browser details (or other software used to access the website), access time, address of the requested page, and other visitor data collected from web analytics services (such as the address of the page containing an ad banner, referrer URL, etc.), geographic location, and other data collected and processed automatically on the Operator’s website.

2.4. Biometric personal data is not processed.

3. Terms of Personal Information Processing and Its Disclosure to Third Parties

4.2. The user may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a request to the Website administration at the email address indicated on the Website.


5. Additional Terms

5.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Such changes may be related, among other things, to the need to comply with applicable legislation and to enhance the protection of data subjects’ rights. The Policy remains valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

5.2. The new version of the Personal Data Processing Policy enters into force upon its publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified in the new version.

5.4. If any provision of this Policy is declared invalid by a court or other competent government authority, such invalidity does not affect the validity of the Policy as a whole.
